In the two- dimensional framework of parent’s socialization the dimensions of responsiveness and demandingness were comprised into warmth and strictness. The four types of the parenting style were defined: authoritative- responsive and demanding, neglectful- neither responsive nor demanding; indulgent- responsive but not demanding, authoritarian- demanding but not responsive.
